♦ Right To Work International [SM]
Let's see some Facts:
(Definitions)
To Exist: It is to have essential functions of vitality.
To Survive: It is to remain in existence.
To Develop: It is to set forth or make clear by degrees or in detail some aspect of the existence. It is to thrive. To achieve success.
Any person inevitably needs food, (to eat); sleep, (to rest); to exist and survive. To develop, all person needs money. money is essential for the development and the realization of the person and as a way to avoid dependence and abuse from someone else.
Any person can have money by inheritance, assistance or working. In other way, the last possibility is to steal.
Assistance implies to satisfy the needs of a person by charging someone else with more work.
• The United Nations work:
United Nations has stablished the 'Right to Work' as the form of obtaining money for the development of the whole person, his prosperity and realization, and as a way to avoid burdening someone else.
Then, 'Right to Work' is the way to prevent unequal burdens on people, and at the same time, to avoid the incidence of theft and related social crimes.
The 'Right to Work' dignifies the person and enhances the sense of usefulness as a member of the Society.
The 'Right to Work' is essential for the freedom of the person, self realization, and elimination of abuse and dependence from someone else. Working is essential for human development.
The purpose of this Entity is to protect single individual 'Right to Work', in defense of own being, it is based in Law, and with the support of Lawyers and Attorneys for its concretion.
Members of the Entity manifested the necessity for new Legislation, which must preserve the Sense of Humanity reflected in the Forum of the Nations of the World.
It understood in the same way as "Justice", 'Liberty to Work' is must be for all. If it is fair, it means, liberty to work to anyone without discrimination based on Religion or creed, Ethnicity, Country of Origin, Race or color, Ethnicity or Nationality, National origin, Sex or gender, Pregnancy, Political affiliation, Language abilities, Citizenship, Disability (physical, intellectual, or emotional,) Medical condition (AIDS or other diseases,) Age, Sexual orientation, Gender identity, Marital status, Military Veteran status, Military status, etc..
The Universal Declaration of Human Rights states in the Article 23:
(1) Everyone has the right to work, to free choice of employment, to just and favourable conditions of work and to protection against unemployment.
(2) Everyone, without any discrimination, has the right to equal pay for equal work.
(3) Everyone who works has the right to just and favourable remuneration ensuring for himself and his family an existence worthy of human dignity, and supplemented, if necessary, by other means of social protection.
(4) Everyone has the right to form and to join trade unions for the protection of his interests.
The Universal Declaration of Human Rights states in the Article 2:
Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status. Furthermore, no distinction shall be made on the basis of the political, jurisdictional or international status of the country or territory to which a person belongs, whether it be independent, trust, non-self-governing or under any other limitation of sovereignty.

Other inhumane acts of a similar character intentionally causing great suffering, or serious injury to body or to mental or physical health.
• On behalf of our Members, RTWI, "Right To Work International" respectfully request to any Government to remove, hide or give back symbols (e.g. Statue of Liberty) that may give appearance to the Citizens of Other Nations about the fact of working freely in the destination countries of immigration.
This statement is made with the sole intention of improving the deteriorating image that some countries have in the consensus of United Nations about Human Rights.
With the highest respect, RTWI, "Right To Work International" ask Senators, Representatives, Congressmen, Prime Ministers, Presidents, Princes and Kings, and any Government, to review its legislation, so that is not in breach mainly with Articles 2 and 23 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and in this way, it does not violate basic Essential Rights of Immigrants.
Any legislation that discriminates by nationality to a person is in breach of essential Human Freedoms.
RTWI, "Right To Work International" is against Legislation that restricts or contradicts Constitutional Rights of People in their Country or other Countries, or that discriminates Humans because of their Nationality, National origin, Race, Sex, Skin color, etc.
WARNING TO TOURISTS AND VISITORS: In some countries, legislation IS NOT based on Human Rights. If you are planning to settle in some Countries AFTER the time specified on your Visa or Passport, etc., please NOTE that in these countries, people can ONLY work with Documentation and Permits granted by that Country State. Such legitimate documents are owned SOLELY by the ones born in the territory of the country of migration.
If somehow, your money or wallet are been lost, subtracted, or stolen, etc., or your Bank account or credit card is confiscated or canceled, you WILL NOT be able to access employment to satisfy costs of legal representation, housing or transportation, etc. Some Cities have basic support services (food, clothing, health, bathrooms, etc.), which are dispensed in separate districts of the central Town. But these places usually have a high crime rate.
RTWI is in support of "Labor Embargos" at World level made to Persons, Entities, Cities, States or Countries, which are in violation of the Art. 23 and the Art. 2 of the Universal Human Rights Declaration. (Embargos are not effective over Sponsors or Contributors of this Entity or the Group.)
