• The Universal Declaration of Human Rights states in the Article 17:
1. Everyone has the right to own property alone as well as in association with others.
2. No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his property.
• The purpose of this Force is to protect single and group of individuals from being deprived of their property, without their authorization, based in Law, and with the support of Lawyers and Attorneys for its concretion.
We don't implement violence.
In the future, the Entity will use resources to execute violators of Crime Against Private Property.

♦ Property under Custody
One of our Members left a travel bag with Property to a Teacher of the Belmont School, at the Adult School on March 2001; which was working in the building of the Weingart Center, located in the block of San Pedro, between the 5th and 6th Streets. The Member had tried many times, to contact unsatisfactorily the Teacher in the Central Division of the Educational Institution, located in 1575 West Second Street, of Los Angeles, California.

♦ Retained Property
One of our Members had to leave the Program in Midnight Mission on April 14, 2005. This was coincident with the Opening Ceremony for the new Building located in the block of 6th and San Pedro, Los Angeles, California. This Member was forced to leave the Property because there weren't other possibility. Among the Properties left, there are maps and papers with inestimable value to the owner.

♦ Subtracted Property
One of our Members was victim of aggression with battery. This person was hit in the face to the point of almost loosing its eye. Moments later, its property; a backpack was subtracted. This property had all Personal and work Documentation, and Certifications and some cash. It happened near the intersection of Wall and 6th Street, Los Angeles, California; on December 25, 2007; at 2:00 PM approximately.

One of our Staff was victim of a subtraction of computer memories flash drive (PNY 16 GB, HP 8 GB, two flash drive Kodak 4 GB and two flash drive Adata 16 GB) at night in the city of Los Angeles, California; between June 29 and 30 2014. These memories flash drive were returned on July 4 2014.
